These 60M Hatchers have the

Roll In Vertical Fans with Cooling,

Heating and Fans on the Roll In Unit.

This Roll In-Roll Out Unit makes

for faster and easier cleaning

of these critical parts.

Should there be a motor problem,

look how easy it is to fix the problem.

Just roll one Vertical Fan Unit out,

and the replacement right back in its place.

As you can see in the pictures,

here is how it is loaded and how

it works and looks. The two sliding

doors on the front are not shown

on this illustration, but are

included with the Hatchers.

The Chick Master Model 60 M

Hatchers hold 60 Plastic Hatch

Baskets that roll around on a

nice aluminum dolly.

That is 4 stacks of

15 Hatch Baskets per Hatcher

These Hatcher are made of the

White Fiberglass construction.

They were used with the Chick Master

Incubator that held 68,000 eggs

and Used the 54 egg

yellow plastic egg flat.

Each Hatcher tray holds 162 eggs.

You may also use this hatcher

with the incubator trays that

holds 126 eggs, 132 eggs, 144 eggs.

When you transfer eggs from the

incubator to the hatch basket,

if you add one vacuum lift

of 30 eggs per hatcher tray,

that would bring your numbers

per tray back up to a respectable

number of eggs per basket.

The 126 egg tray + 30 eggs = 156 eggs per tray.

The 132 egg tray + 30 eggs = 162 eggs per tray.

The 144 egg tray + 30 eggs = 174 eggs per tray.

This Hatcher has the very dependable

Chick Master Control that has

hatched Many millions of eggs

over the past several years.

The plastic trays 
are the M tray.

 
The M tray is used in 
conjunction with 3 of the 
Yellow 54 egg trays.

Each M tray holds 162 eggs.
