I am assuming that this
 cooler is a 6,000 BTU unit.
The Data Plate doesn't clearly say.

This unit has a Coil Type 
heating element on the inside 
to keep it from freezing up. 
I believe that is automatic. 
This element is NOT to 
heat the Egg Room, 
only to defrost the freeze up 
so the air can blow through.
